Join us for an intimate evening of flowers, creativity and connection at Caravan in Manchester.

We’ll be hosting a curated DIY flower arranging experience, where you’ll be able to select from a beautiful collection of seasonal stems and create your own bouquet to take home 💐

The evening will be set up flower-bar style, allowing you to move and create at your own pace. Whether you’re experienced with flowers or simply looking for a creative midweek outlet, this is a lovely opportunity to unwind and enjoy something a little different.

As always with Girlhood, our events are designed to make it easy to meet like-minded women in a warm and welcoming setting — many of our guests attend solo and leave having made new connections 💌

Girlhood Event Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase & Entry

• All tickets must be purchased in advance via the official booking platform.

• Your ticket secures entry to the event on Tuesday 21st April at 18:30 at Caravan Manchester.

• Please bring your ticket confirmation (digital) on arrival.

• Tickets are non-transferable unless agreed in writing by Girlhood UK.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

• Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by Girlhood UK.

• If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend by notifying us in advance as long as they are 18+ and identify as a woman.

• In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule, all ticket holders will be contacted and offered an alternative date or full refund.

3. Event Experience

• Your ticket includes access to the curated flower bar and materials to create one bouquet per person.

• Flowers and materials are provided on a first-come, first-served basis within the curated selection.

• This is a relaxed, self-guided experience - guidance will be available, but this is not a formal workshop.

4. Arrival & Timings

• Please arrive on time to make the most of your experience.

• We have a 15-minute grace period, any late arrivals beyond 15-minutes of the event start time will not be permitted.

5. Health & Safety & Allergens

• Please take care when handling flowers, tools, and materials provided.

• Girlhood UK and the venue are not responsible for any injuries sustained due to misuse of equipment.

• If you have any allergies (e.g. pollen), please take necessary precautions before attending.

• It is the attendee’s responsibility to check with the venue regarding food and drink allergens and to take any necessary precautions before attending.

6. Photography & Content

• Photography and video may be taken during the event for marketing purposes.

• By attending, you consent to being featured in Girlhood UK content across social media and promotional channels.

• If you would prefer not to be photographed, please let a member of the team know on arrival.

7. Respectful Environment

• Girlhood UK events are designed to be inclusive, safe, and welcoming spaces.

• We ask all attendees to be respectful of others.

• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone behaving inappropriately.

8. Personal Belongings

• Attendees are responsible for their own belongings.

• Girlhood UK and Caravan Manchester cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen items.

4. Photography & Videography: By attending, you consent to photography and videography, which may be used for promotional purposes. If you wish to not be included, please notify a member of the Girlhood team on the day.

5. Refunds: We do not offer refunds unless the event is cancelled by Girlhood.

6. Ticket Transfers: Tickets may be transferred to another individual, provided they are 18+ and identify as a woman. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to notify Girlhood UK of any changes in attendee details.
