

















Yoga & Art with Stretch and Sketch
Hosted by yoga teacher Emma + artist Caroline, at the gorgeous Space at the Mill, we will start the event with a herbal tea, meditation + intention setting and a relaxing 45 minute yoga practice, exploring the themes of air.
Emma will guide you through an all levels practice, which will help you tune into your body and connect with your innate creativity. After the practice, we will have an opportunity to reflect, journal and break for a hot drink.
Caroline will then guide us through a mindful art session, centred around the themes of the practice, tapping into our inner world and our self expression through creativity. Join us in reclaiming the joy of creating art for fun, without worrying about the outcome!
To top it all off, your ticket price includes an overnight oats from Balance Kitchen AND a surprise goodie!
No prior experience is required, mats are provided.
