Terms & Conditions

Ticket Policy

All tickets are non-refundable. Girlhood is unable to issue refunds unless the event is cancelled. You will be contacted via email in the unlikely event that we need to cancel.

Ticket Transfers: Tickets may be transferred to another individual, provided they are 18+ and identify as a woman. Tickets will not be added to the waitlist within 72 hours prior to the event. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to arrange any transfers and to notify Girlhood of any changes to attendee details.

Arrival & Timing

The workshop will begin promptly at 12:00. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to get settled and make the most of the creative and social experience.
Late arrivals may miss parts of the session, and we are unable to offer partial refunds.

Event Experience

This is a hands-on wreath-making workshop led by local artist Natasha Emily. All materials needed to create your wreath are included in the ticket price.

Please note that the final outcome will depend on your own creativity and engagement. Girlhood is not responsible for individual results or expectations of finished products.

Food & Drink

Food and drink are not included in your ticket.
If you wish, you may purchase refreshments on the day from Caravan, who are fully responsible for all food and drink service.
Girlhood holds no responsibility for food or drink purchased during the event.

Photography & Filming

By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed. These images may be used on Girlhood’s social media, website, and promotional materials.
If you prefer not to appear in photos, please let a member of our team know on arrival.

Behaviour & Conduct

We aim to create a safe, friendly, and inclusive environment. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.
Please treat our team, the artist, the venue, and other attendees with kindness and respect.

Liability

Girlhood is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the event. Please follow all guidance provided by Girlhood staff and the artist throughout the workshop.

Caravan are solely responsible for any food or drink provided.
