Terms & Conditions
Ticket Policy
All tickets are non-refundable. Girlhood is unable to issue refunds unless the event is cancelled. You will be contacted via email in the unlikely event of a cancellation.
Ticket Transfers: Tickets may be transferred to another individual, provided they are 18+ and identify as a woman. Tickets will not be added to the waitlist within 72 hours prior to the event. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to arrange any transfers and notify Girlhood of any changes to attendee details.
Arrival & Timing
The event will begin promptly at 18:30. We recommend arriving a little early to get settled and make the most of the experience.
Late arrivals may miss parts of the event, and we are unable to offer partial refunds.
Event Experience
The evening will include 2 course meal, welcome Prosecco (or non-alcoholic alternative), a makeup masterclass from Charlotte Tilbury, and surprises throughout the night.
Food & Drink
2 course meal and welcome drink.
Please let us know of any dietary requirements via the checkout form.
Photography & Filming
By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed. These images may be used on Girlhood’s, Piccolino, Charlotte Tilbury’s social media, websites, and promotional materials.
If you prefer not to appear in photos, please notify a member of our team on arrival.
Behaviour & Conduct
We aim to create a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment. Any disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.
Please treat our team, venue staff, Charlotte Tilbury staff, and other attendees with respect.
Liability
Girlhood, Piccolino, or Charlotte Tilbury are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses during the event.
Guests must follow all instructions provided by the Girlhood team, Charlotte Tilbury staff, and venue staff throughout the evening.
