Whether you're coming with a friend or joining solo (so many do!), you’ll be welcomed straight into the Girlhood community the moment you walk through the door.

Terms & Conditions

1. General
By purchasing a ticket to this Girlhood UK event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless you organise the transfer, and the individual is happy with your original food order. Please notify GirlhoodUK as soon as possible in the event of transferring your ticket to another individual with their name. Tickets can only be transferred to another individual provided they are 18+ and identify as a woman.

2. Ticket Inclusions
Your ticket includes a two-course meal (main and dessert) from Elnecot, a welcome glass of prosecco. Additional drinks are available to purchase from Elnecot separately and it is the responsibility of the individual ordering them to cover the cost.

3. Alcohol
This event may include the sale or consumption of alcohol.

  • You must be 18 or over to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.

  • Valid ID may be required by the venue.

  • Elnecot staff reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol to any attendee at their discretion.

4. Dietary Requirements & Allergens
We take dietary needs seriously.

  • Attendees must inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements via the checkout form.

  • While the venue will take reasonable steps to accommodate these, Girlhood UK cannot guarantee the absence of trace allergens.

  • Girlhood UK accepts no liability for any allergic reactions or issues arising from undisclosed dietary requirements.

5. Behaviour & Conduct
We want all attendees to feel safe and welcome.

  • Any behaviour deemed harmful, disruptive, or inappropriate may result in removal from the event without refund.

  • This includes excessive intoxication, harassment, or any conduct that affects the comfort or safety of others. Please treat all other attendees, Girlhood and venue staff with kindness,

7. Venue Responsibility
Girlhood UK works closely with the venue but is not responsible for:

  • personal property,

  • venue service issues, or

  • any incidents occurring as a result of venue operations.
    Attendees are responsible for their own belongings.

8. Photography & Social Media
By attending, you consent to being included in event photography and content captured on the day. If you prefer not to appear in photos, please inform a member of the Girlhood UK team on arrival.

9. Accessibility
If you require any accessibility accommodations, please contact us at hello@girlhooduk.com before purchasing your ticket to ensure the venue can meet your needs.

10. Event Changes or Cancellation
In the unlikely event of cancellation or major change, attendees will be notified via email as soon as possible. Refunds will be offered only if the event is cancelled by Girlhood UK or the venue.
