Terms & Conditions

Ticket Policy

All tickets are non-refundable. Girlhood is unable to issue refunds unless the event is cancelled. You will be contacted via email in the unlikely event of a cancellation.

Ticket Transfers: Tickets may be transferred to another individual, provided they are 18+ and identify as a woman. Tickets will not be added to the waitlist within 72 hours prior to the event. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to arrange any transfers and notify Girlhood of any changes to attendee details.

Arrival & Timing

The event will begin promptly at 18:00. We recommend arriving a little early to get settled and make the most of the social and jewellery experiences.
Late arrivals may miss parts of the event, and we are unable to offer partial refunds.

Event Experience

The evening will include a speed friending and social mixer, festive drinks, and optional jewellery experiences with Monica Vinader.

Optional jewellery experiences are payable on the night and include:

  • Permanent welded bracelets: £98–£199

  • Charm add-ons: from £50

  • Piercings: 25% discount for future piercing bookings

Girlhood and Monica Vinader are not responsible for individual results from jewellery or piercing services beyond standard professional care.

Food & Drink

Festive drinks will be provided throughout the night.
Girlhood hold no responsibility for any drinks.

Photography & Filming

By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed. These images may be used on Girlhood’s and Monica Vinader’s social media, websites, and promotional materials.
If you prefer not to appear in photos, please notify a member of our team on arrival.

Behaviour & Conduct

We aim to create a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment. Any disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.
Please treat our team, venue staff, Monica Vinader staff, and other attendees with respect.

Liability

Girlhood and Monica Vinader are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses during the event.
Piercings will be carried out by trained professionals from Monica Vinader following health and safety guidance.
Guests must follow all instructions provided by the Girlhood team, Monica Vinader staff, and venue staff throughout the evening.
