Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you agree to the following terms:
1. Ticket Purchase & Entry
All ticket sales are final. We operate a no refunds policy.
Tickets may be transferred to another person if you can no longer attend provided they are 18+ and identify as a woman. Please ensure you notify us in advance with the new attendeeβs details.
If the event sells out, we can support with resharing your ticket; however, this requires a minimum of 72 hoursβ notice prior to the event, at which point our waitlist members (if there are any) will be notified. We do not promote ticket transfers on our social media.
Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket.
2. Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for the start of the workshop.
A 15-minute late arrival window is in place.
Unfortunately, entry will not be permitted after 15 minutes, and no refunds or transfers will be offered in this case.
3. Event Format
This is a public workshop, and attendees of all genders will be present.
We will endeavour to seat all Girlhood attendees together, but this cannot be guaranteed.
4. Food & Drink
No food or drink is included in your ticket.
Refreshments must be purchased directly from Department Campfield.
No outside food or drink is permitted.
5. Pottery Collection
All pottery pieces will be glazed and fired after the workshop.
Items will be ready for collection approximately 3β4 weeks post-event from Department Campfield.
Please note: while every care is taken, items may crack, break, or become damaged during the glazing and kiln firing process, which is outside of our control.
You will be contacted via email when your item is ready.
You will have a 4-week collection window from the notification date.
Any items not collected within this timeframe will be donated to charity.
6. Responsibility & Liability
We are not responsible for any personal belongings lost, damaged, or stolen during the event.
Please take care when handling materials and equipment provided.
7. Event Changes
We reserve the right to make minor changes to the event format, timing, or seating arrangements where necessary.
