event terms & conditions

by purchasing a ticket to the kiss all the time. disco, occasionally. spin class, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

arrival & punctuality
• the spin class will start promptly at 7:15pm.
• all attendees must arrive ahead of the class start time to allow enough time to check in, store belongings in lockers and get set up on the bike.
• beginners must arrive at least 15 minutes before the class start time to allow for bike set-up, safety checks and a brief introduction from the instructor.
• late arrivals may not be permitted to join the class once it has started, for safety reasons. refunds will not be issued for late arrival or missed classes.

before the class
• please bring appropriate workout clothing and a water bottle.
• lockers will be available at the studio for personal belongings.
• we recommend arriving early to ensure a relaxed and smooth start to the session.

health & safety
• participants take part at their own risk and should only attend if they feel medically fit to do so.
• if you have any injuries, medical conditions or concerns, please inform the instructor prior to the class.

tickets & refunds
• tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by Girlhood.
• in the unlikely event that the class is cancelled, attendees will be contacted directly with next steps via email.

general
• Girlhood reserves the right to refuse entry to the class if these terms are not followed, in order to maintain a safe and positive experience for all attendees.
