By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Tickets

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your space to someone on the waitlist.

  • Refunds will only be issued in the event that another attendee purchases your ticket from the waitlist.

  • To be considered for a waitlist resale, you must contact us via Instagram @girlhooduk or by email at hello@girlhooduk.com.

2. Waitlist

  • The waitlist will close 72 hours prior to the event.

  • After this time, we are unable to facilitate resales or issue refunds.

3. Event Details

  • The event will take place on Thursday 12th February at 18:45 at Ryde Studios.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to check in and get settled.

  • Late arrivals may not be permitted entry once the class has started.

4. Fitness & Participation

  • This is a low-impact barre class suitable for all abilities, however participation is at your own risk.

  • Please ensure you are fit and well to take part and inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions or pregnancy prior to the class.

  • Girlhood UK and Ryde Studios accept no responsibility for injury sustained during the session.

5. Beauty Goodies

  • Beauty goodies are included for all attendees while stocks last.

  • Items may vary and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.

6. Photography & Content

  • Photos and videos may be taken during the event for Girlhood UK’s social media and marketing purposes.

  • If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a member of the team on arrival.

7. Cancellations & Changes

  • In the unlikely event that Girlhood UK needs to cancel or reschedule the event, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future event.

  • Girlhood UK reserves the right to make minor changes to the event where necessary.

8. Behaviour

  • Girlhood events are safe, inclusive spaces. We ask all attendees to be respectful to others and the venue at all times.

  • Girlhood UK reserves the right to remove anyone acting inappropriately, with no refund given.
