It’s a really easy event to come to - a lot of our girls come on their own, so don’t worry about coming solo - we’ll be there hosting and making sure everyone feels comfortable 💖

Girlhood Event Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase & Entry

  • All tickets must be purchased in advance via the official booking platform.

  • Your ticket secures entry to the event on Monday 13th April at 18:30 at Flight Club, Manchester.

  • Please bring your ticket confirmation (digital) on arrival.

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless agreed in writing by Girlhood UK.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by Girlhood UK.

  • If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend by notifying us in advance as long as they are 18+ and identify as a woman.

  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule, all ticket holders will be contacted and offered an alternative date or full refund.

3. Arrival & Timings

  • Please arrive on time to make the most of your experience.

  • We have a 15-minute grace period, any late arrivals beyond 15-minutes of the event start time will not be permitted.

4. Health & Safety & Allergens

  • Please take care when handling darts and participating in the games.

  • Girlhood UK and the venue are not responsible for any injuries sustained due to misuse of equipment.

  • It is the attendee’s responsibility to check with the venue regarding food and drink allergens and to take any necessary precautions before attending.

5. Photography & Content

  • Photography and video may be taken during the event for marketing purposes.

  • By attending, you consent to being featured in Girlhood UK and Flight Club content across social media and promotional channels.

  • If you would prefer not to be photographed, please let a member of the team know on arrival.

6. Respectful Environment

  • Girlhood UK events are designed to be inclusive, safe, and welcoming spaces.

  • We ask all attendees to be respectful of others.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone behaving inappropriately.

7. Personal Belongings

  • Attendees are responsible for their own belongings.

  • Girlhood UK and Flight Club cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen items.

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Ticket policy
All tickets are non-refundable. If you are no longer able to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend. Please notify the Girlhood team in advance so we can update the guest list.

If the event is sold out, we may be able to offer your ticket to someone on our waitlist provided this is requested at least 72 hours before the event - please email us at hello@girlhooduk.com to request this. If we are able to resell your ticket, a refund will be issued. Refunds will only be provided if the ticket is successfully resold.

Refunds cannot be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the event, including due to illness, travel disruption, or personal circumstances.

This event is 18+ and intended for individuals who identify as women, in line with Girlhood’s mission of creating spaces for women to connect and build community.

2. Event format
This event is a DIY flower arranging experience and is not a formal workshop led by a professional florist. The Girlhood team will provide flowers, materials and general guidance; however, this is intended to be a relaxed, self-led activity rather than a structured class.

3. Flowers and materials
Your ticket includes access to a selection of seasonal flowers and materials to create one bouquet. Flowers will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, and while we aim to provide a variety of stems, specific flowers cannot be guaranteed.

4. Event timing
The event will run from 18:30. Please arrive on time to make the most of the experience.

5. Photography and content
Photography and video may be taken during the event for Girlhood’s social media and marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to potentially appearing in this content. If you would prefer not to be featured, please let a member of the Girlhood team know on arrival.

6. Respectful environment
Girlhood events are designed to be welcoming, inclusive spaces for women to connect. We kindly ask all attendees to be respectful of others, the venue, and the event hosts.

7. Event changes
In the unlikely event that the event needs to be postponed, rescheduled or cancelled due to circumstances outside of our control, ticket holders will be notified and offered an alternative date or appropriate resolution.

8. Food and drink
Food and drink are not included in the ticket price. Guests are welcome to purchase food and beverages directly from the venue, Caravan Manchester, during the event if they wish. Any food or drink purchased will be the responsibility of the individual attendee, and payment must be made directly to the venue. Girlhood is not involved in the provision, service, or payment of food and drink at this event.
