Terms & Conditions

Ticket Policy
All tickets are non-refundable. Girlhood is unable to issue refunds unless the event is cancelled. You will be contacted via email in the unlikely event of us needing to cancel.
Ticket Transfers: Tickets may be transferred to another individual, provided they are 18+ and identify as a woman. Tickets will not be added to the waitlist within 72 hours prior to the event. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to arrange any ticket transfers and to notify Girlhood of any changes to attendee details.

Arrival & Timing
The event will begin promptly at 18:30. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to get settled and make the most of the social atmosphere. Late arrivals may miss parts of the session, and we are unable to offer partial refunds.

Event Experience
This workshop is led by personal stylist Luisa Gianni, who will guide you through discovering your colour season. Please note that colour analysis results are subjective and based on the stylist’s professional judgement. Girlhood is not responsible for any personal outcomes, decisions, or purchases made following the event.

Food & Drink
Food and drink are not included in your ticket. If you’d like, you will be able to purchase refreshments on the night from Caravan, who are fully responsible for all food and drink service.

Photography & Filming
By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed. These images may be used on Girlhood’s social media, website, and promotional materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let a member of our team know on arrival.

Behaviour & Conduct
We aim to create a safe, friendly, and inclusive environment. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund - please treat our team, suppliers, and other attendees with kindness and respect.

Liability
Girlhood is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the event. Please follow all guidance provided by Girlhood staff and the stylist throughout the session. Caravan are solely responsible for any food or drink provided.
