Terms & Conditions

Ticket Policy
All tickets are non-refundable. Girlhood is unable to issue refunds unless the event is cancelled.
Ticket Transfers: Tickets may be transferred to another individual, provided they are 18+ and identify as a woman. Tickets will not be added to the waitlist within 72 hours prior to the event. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to arrange any ticket transfers and to notify Girlhood of any changes to attendee details.

Arrival & Timing
The workshop will begin promptly at 18:30. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to get settled. Late arrivals may miss parts of the session, and we cannot offer partial refunds.

Glazing (Optional £5 Fee)
If you would like your pottery glazed after the workshop, there is an optional £5 payment payable on the night.

  • This fee is managed directly by the pottery company, not Girlhood.

  • We advise bringing cash if you plan to have your piece glazed.

  • Glazing payments are outside of Girlhood’s responsibility and are handled solely by the pottery provider.

Finished Pieces
Your ceramic piece will be taken away by the pottery company for firing (and glazing, if chosen). Collection or delivery arrangements will be confirmed by the pottery instructors on the night. Girlhood is not responsible for the firing, completion, delivery, or condition of finished ceramic pieces.

Photography & Filming
By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed. These images may be used on Girlhood’s social media, website, and promotional materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let a member of our team know on arrival.

Behaviour & Conduct
We aim to create a safe, friendly, and inclusive environment. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.

Liability
Girlhood is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the workshop. Please follow all instructions provided by the pottery instructors for your safety.
