Come and join us for our very first Candlelight Pilates event!
We’ll be moving through a slow, feel-good 45-minute Pilates class surrounded by candlelight, with a live violinist playing your favourite pop songs! Think soft lighting, beautiful music, and a chance to properly switch off after a busy week.
After class, we’ll wind down with calming herbal tea and delicious gourmet cookies from Nooshe Bakery. It’s such a lovely opportunity to chat, meet other girls, and enjoy being together.
You’ll also head home with some gorgeous goodies to make the night feel even more special.

Eligibility: All attendees must be 18+ and identify as women.
Arrival: Please arrive on time. Late entry may not be permitted once the event has started.
Conduct: We expect all attendees to show respect and politeness towards the Girlhood team, fellow attendees, our partnered venues, and brands.
Photography & Videography: By attending, you consent to photography and videography, which may be used for promotional purposes. If you wish to not be included, please notify a member of the Girlhood team on the day.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds unless the event is cancelled by Girlhood.
Ticket Transfers: Tickets may be transferred to another individual, provided they are 18+ and identify as a woman. Tickets will not be added to the waitlist within 72 hours prior to the event. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to arrange any transfers and notify Girlhood of any changes to attendee details.
